📦 Order Processing & Fulfillment

• All orders are made to order through third-party print-on-demand providers (e.g., Printify, Printful). This means:

• Production takes 2-7 business days before shipping.

• Once an order is sent to production, it cannot be canceled or modified. (POD providers do not allow changes after fulfillment begins.)

• HavenSummit is not responsible for printing or production delays. If an issue occurs, we will work with our partners to resolve it.

• Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a ban from future purchases and may be pursued legally.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery times depend on carrier performance and fulfillment times. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. US orders take between 2-7 days for shipping and international orders take between 7-20 business days after production (varies by country).

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.”

• If your package is lost in transit or is delayed, contact the carrier first.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can resend it at the customer’s expense.

• We do not currently offer express shipping due to our print-on-demand model.
