Refund policy
At HavenSummit, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. However, since we operate as a print-on-demand (POD) business, our return and refund policies must follow specific guidelines set by our third-party fulfillment partners.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@havensummit.com and send us
• A clear photo of the item
• A description of the issue
• Your order number
• We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges due to our on-demand production process. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and request a refund (if eligible) for the original item.
If the return is due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item, misprint, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if an item is returned without an approved defect claim.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds are not available for:
• Orders placed with incorrect sizes by the customer (Size charts are provided on all product pages. Please review before ordering.)
• Orders delayed due to carrier issues (We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.)
• Digital products or gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
